Disease conditions that can cause your hair loss

We certainly understand the pain of constantly losing hair. Most people describe it as a traumatic experience and will do anything to get rid of the problem. After all, no one likes to get up with a mesh of hairs on the combs. It is a golden opportunity for the cosmetic industry to take over. Decent reports and a gross yearly turnover of the cosmetic and beauty industry says that these people are doing good. Over billions of dollars, endorsements are no joke. But, all this chaos does not make any sense to many. The reason is quite painful. I meet hundreds of men and women every day who claim to try everything out by the time they arrive at the chamber. Natural DIY masks, taking care routines, expensive self-care products, parlour spas, and nothing seem to help them get off the dull, breakable hair. If you follow my health guide, you will discover some of the underlying reasons that your beauty products are not working as good as they do for others. Please scroll below to get the description.

Underlying condition

Hair loss can be a secondary phenomenon sometimes. It means hair loss is not occurring due to follicular or cuticular weakness. Neither sometimes, hair fall is due to harsh chemicals or malnutrition. Sometimes the reason is something else. For example

Diabetes Mellitus

Diabetes and hair loss has very close relationships. It is usually a multi-system disease that includes every organ of our body. Persistent hyperglycemia or the excessive amounts of glucose in the blood manifests this problem. As a matter of hair fall, the disease process is a bit complicated. Diabetes causes nerve endings thickening. So, you will have a minor sensation in the skin and hair follicles. It reduces the blood flow to the skin and diminishes nutrients. Hair loss can be a prompt manifestation of the disease. Also, diabetes will cause the deposition of sugar particles on your hair bulbs. It will block the way of nutrients flow and make the follicles weak. So, diabetes mellitus can cause hair loss and damage to hair texture in the long run.

Thyroid problem

The thyroid hormone is another significant immunological portion of our body. The thyroid gland of our neck produces thyroid hormone from birth. Anabolic thyroid hormone is responsible for most of the metabolic and maturation process in our body. In some conditions or diseases, the level of thyroid hormone can decrease than the Normal limit. We call the situation hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism is one of the main reasons for hair fall in female and male patterns balding in males.

Along with hair fall, hypothyroidism will show up with some other burning symptoms. If your face hair falls more frequently than ever with cold intolerance, rough and problematic skin, sleepiness throughout the day can be the early signs of hypothyroidism. You need to visit your general practitioner and make sure everything is correct.

Treatment plans

After you consult with the GP, you become clear of the future treatment plan of your hair. Most of the time, you will not need expensive beauty products or therapies. Regular medication and check-ups will reduce your hair loss rate with other symptoms. Other than that, you can go for surgical and medical interventions for hair fall. Such as

PRP

PRP Is the short form of platelet-rich plasma transfusion therapy. The exact mechanism of this therapy protocol is not clear to doctors and dermatologists till now. Most of the hypotheses say that platelets help your hair follicles extract most of the nutrition and grow faster. But, this protocol only works if you have viable hair bulbs under the scalp.
