Is there anything better than fried chicken? That crunchy, salty richness, the meat’s juiciness. If you still want that crunchy meat, these crispy easy healthy chicken recipes are just for you. This baked chicken is far healthier than traditional fried chicken.

Stream Chicken Roll – Easy Healthy Chicken Recipes

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with foil. Place a wire rack in the pan. Pour the milk into a small bowl. Combine the following seven ingredients in a separate shallow bowl (through pepper).
  • Dip each half of a chicken breast in the milk, then in the seasoned crumbs, pressing to cover both sides. Place the chicken in the pan on the rack. Continue with the remaining chicken. Spray the chicken lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is gently browned and done (165°F).

Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray or lightly oil a large baking sheet.
  • Set up stations for dipping the chicken tenders into each coating before proceeding. To begin, in a shallow dish, combine the all-purpose flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  • Then, in a separate shallow dish, beat the eggs and place them next to the flour. The egg works as glue to keep the breadcrumbs in place on top of the flour layer.
  • In a third shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Drizzle oil over the breadcrumb mixture and vigorously stir with a fork until all of the oil and spice coated the breadcrumbs.
  • Bake the breaded tenders until the chicken is done. There’s no need to flip them since the panko keeps the bottom from becoming mushy.

  • Combine the bread crumbs and spices in a mixing basin.
  • Combine everything and place it in a big zip lock bag.
  • Combine the chicken and milk in a mixing basin. This will aid in the adhesion of the bread crumbs to the chicken.
  • Then, combine the chicken and bread crumbs in a bag. Seal the bag with a vigorous shake.
  • Spread out on a baking sheet (I line mine with nonstick foil), then coat with nonstick frying spray.
  • Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
  •  Inspect the chicken to check whether it has browned. Spray with extra cooking spray if necessary, and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside on paper towels to cool. Enjoy!

Oven-Baked Crispy Chicken

  • Heat the oven to 375°F. On a big, rimmed baking sheet, place a large ovenproof wire rack. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and Sriracha in a medium shallow bowl. Separately, mix bread crumbs, cheese, thyme, and chili powder in a medium shallow basin.
  • Spray the rack lightly with cooking spray. Shake off excess liquid after dipping one chicken piece in the egg mixture. Turn to coat in the bread crumb mixture. Repeat with the remaining chicken on a rack over a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle oil over the chicken and bake until cooked and no longer pink in the middle, 45 to 55 minutes. Garnish with thyme if desired.
