Exercise

Aside from a healthy diet, you should also have a regular exercise routine. You do not need to work out in a gym to do this. Taking a brisk walk or going out for a bike ride is good enough for you to get your heart pumping.

Exercising helps you reduce bad cholesterol, increase good cholesterol, reduce blood pressure, and lower body weight.
