In Cancun there are different companies offering the bus service, however, the most recognized is ADO with routes in the main zones of the Riviera Maya.

Either you are taking your bus in the airport or downtown, buses have frequent departures and leave the terminal almost every 2 hours, but they are not available 24 hours so you can be limited to certain schedules.
